When it came back at a higher than expected price they tried to twist my arm stating it was within the 3 days and so I would have to pay the full cost in any case and had no option but to go with them. When I pointed out that I hadn't signed this agreement but only paid a £50 deposit and so was entitled to negotiate the price they simply cancelled my booking and refused to do even the prior agreed service.
Still awaiting news about what has happened to my £50.
